Tele-Therapy
You can expect for your tele-therapy experience to be solution based, with techniques that are personalized for you and your situation. We will develop a care plan together with clear and measurable goals. Our clinicians are all Master’s level licensed professionals who work closely together to ensure that we are giving you the best possible care and outcomes. Once matched with a clinician, we aim to resolve the self-identified barriers, while offering hope and a therapeutic presence.
Sessions
One-on-one intake session, either in-person at consumer’s home or via video
Detailed care plan to resolve identified barriers/issues
Agreed upon frequency and duration of treatment
Session Length
15 minute check-in
30 minute session
15 minute threads to pull, homework, & follow up planning
Session Frequency
Once a month, the ten day schedule, twice a month, or once a week depending on identified issues

Parenting Classes
Our parenting classes tackle legal issues, child welfare concerns, developmental milestones and offer unique advocacy services for those who are involved with Children & Youth Services. We aim to provide evidence based services, with psychoeducation around the impact of parental and child mental health diagnosis, the impact of generational learned behaviors, as well as environmental factors that impact our parenting habits. ASWC’s parenting classes are culturally relevant and encourage skill-building for the entire family. Our goal is to partner in raising proud and confident children.

Parenting classes are offered as individual family focused sessions with 12 weeks of instruction

End of life care, Advanced directives/medical power of attorney, Assistance with Waiver Services for County Funded Home Health Aide, Referrals for Community Resources, Assistance with Navigating County and State Funded Programs
